Moving in a more convenient place
My name is Michele L. Gross, My husband and I have lived in Quezon City, Phillippines since June '09. We live in a "detached condo" which is kind of like a townhouse without attached walls. Our house is 3 stories tall (first story is garage and foyer, second story is kitchen, living room, office, third is bedrooms). There's several communities with houses like these. You shouldn't have an issue finding one like what we have. And for your information we rent from a private owner, not a condo/apartment complex. We love it, however, it's pricey for the size place we have. We are thinking about having a child soon, so we want to move into a bigger place and spend (hopefully) a little less.
We would really like a two-story Condos Makati or an apartment or maybe a townhouse to rent. Disregarding cost (which we'll look at and negotiate that later), we are now looking for a property to rent and to stay in and we don't mind living in a complex either.
Finding the right condos or apartment for us, in the right price range, with the right amenities, in the right area of town, isn't hard if you know how to manage the process. Good thing, we can access through internet.
